Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Normally, once the checkout process has been completed orders cannot be cancelled. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly our shipping department is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. You may email a request to cancel your order to c3@seljan.com and we will make every attempt to do so if your order has not already been processed for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All products purchased with the exception of custom or personalized items are covered by a 15 day return policy(from ship date). The following conditions shall govern all return requests.
1. Any return must be authorized through customer service. You must include your name, order number and reason for return.
2. To receive full credit on a returned item, all products must be 100% complete, contain all manuals, warranty card, parts and original packaging. Customers will be charged accordingly to complete any non-conforming return to its original condition.
3. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Instructions on delivery locations will be sent to you via email(email address on record).

Q: What is your standard shipping policy?
A: We make every effort to process every order as soon as possible depending on volume. If you should like to receive your product sooner, you may select one of our premium shipping options. Select your shipping options when placing your orders.

Q: Has my order been shipped?
A: When your order ships you should receive an email confirmation with the carrier and tracking information.

90-Day Limited Warranty

Seljan Company warrants that this product will be free from defects due to material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Please retain the receipt for proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim. Warranty is void if the product is abused, disassembled, or exposed to an atmosphere or conditions other than what is stated in the instructions. If a product fails within the specified time, return the product with all accessories, original packaging material, and a copy of the sales receipt from Seljan Company. Your item will be repaired or replaced within 30 days of receipt of your product. An extended 2-Year Warranty is available for purchase.
