Truck worked great around the house the day I got it. Went to actually use it as a cooler for a picnic and could not get the remote to sync. Put new batteries in the remote, still could not get to sync. Based on troubleshooting, it seemed like maybe it was the battery (surprising as it was only a year old and had been charged only twice). Battery near impossible to switch out with the structure of the truck and new battery made no difference. Junk product for the price and never got to use it
I purchased this cooler from the Sharper Image catalog. They sent me what was obviously a used/refurbished product (at full price) First and last Sharper Image purchase. Have a call into C3 maybe they can fix
