If you want one of these, plan on waiting about a month before you receive it. Even if the picture shows off the shelf and on sale, upon calling the company, I found they only make these as you order them. My first one took about 20 days to arrive. I ordered a second one and after 18 days, I am about to call the company to find out why I have not received a notice of shipping. You also need to be a little knowledgable of RC products. After "pairing" transmitter and receiver, we found the steering reversed. Since there is no reversing switch on the transmitter, we had to remove the back panel, find the two wires for the steering motor, and switch them (yellow-to-green; green-to-yellow). Note to C3: you need to add this to your trouble shooting guide, along with how to safely remove the pins from the connector to avoid cutting and splicing wires. Other than that, the cooler is awesome, the stereo speakers work great and the cooler has pretty decent range for surprising and pleasing guests as well as the convince of driving itself back to be refilled. We even drove it from the car to the ice machine at the gas station and back to save carrying all that ice.
