RETURN POLICY
- All products purchased with the exception of custom or personalized items are covered by a 30 day return policy(from ship date). The following conditions shall govern all return requests:
- Any return must be authorized through customer service. You must include your name, order number and reason for return.
- To receive full credit on a returned item (after 20% restock fee), all products must be 100% complete, contain all manuals, warranty card, parts and original packaging. Customers will be charged accordingly to complete any non-conforming return to its original condition.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Instructions on delivery locations will be sent to you via email (email address on record).
- A 20% restocking fee will be automatically deducted from the original purchase price for all approved returns.

Reviews
I am certainly not very handy with any type of mechanical repairs. It’s out of the realm of my training. That said, it was not too difficult to replace this. The only reason five stars are not given is that there are no specific instructions given, and the bracket is somewhat bulky and difficult to get in place. Screws and bolts are somewhat difficult to reach due to the tight fitting space in which you work but once you figured that out, the installation is reasonably easily accomplished.
