RETURN POLICY
All products purchased with the exception of custom or personalized items are covered by a 30 day return policy(from ship date). The following conditions shall govern all return requests:
Any return must be authorized through customer service. You must include your name, order number and reason for return.
To receive full credit on a returned item (after 20% restock fee), all products must be 100% complete, contain all manuals, warranty card, parts and original packaging. Customers will be charged accordingly to complete any non-conforming return to its original condition.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Instructions on delivery locations will be sent to you via email (email address on record).
A 20% restocking fee will be automatically deducted from the original purchase price for all approved returns.
Credit will be refunded to the original payment method.

Steering was weak from beginning and has now stopped working.
The steering stopped working there’s power to the motor, but the motor just clicks. I pull it out and give it a string with my fingers and it spins in one direction, but not the other. Poor design very weak motor for what it’s supposed to be doing.
