RETURN POLICY
- All products purchased with the exception of custom or personalized items are covered by a 30 day return policy(from ship date). The following conditions shall govern all return requests:
- Any return must be authorized through customer service. You must include your name, order number and reason for return.
- To receive full credit on a returned item (after 20% restock fee), all products must be 100% complete, contain all manuals, warranty card, parts and original packaging. Customers will be charged accordingly to complete any non-conforming return to its original condition.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Instructions on delivery locations will be sent to you via email (email address on record).
- A 20% restocking fee will be automatically deducted from the original purchase price for all approved returns.
- Credit will be refunded to the original payment method.

I agree with all those in the mud, sand, and thick or wet grass.
Love my C3, but stays home when I go off-roading. Too bad, cause that is where I need it most. Either carrying, push, or even worse, carting it on these terrains, is where I am at.
If someone figures out how to connect balloon or rubber grooved tires, let me know. I have tried a couple and cannot modify to make them work correctly. Too bad, too. The company would be wise to open up after-market sales for finding a solution for all of us off-roaders.
Changing these tires out after a few months of use. Company activities like golf tournaments are great, but plastic tires dont last long on concrete paths, or any terrain. If they had rubberized tires or something sturdier that would be awesome.
